It's already February, which means we are starting our new book, Dear John.
Since it's the beginning of the month, we wanted to make sure we did a wrap-up on Have a Little Faith.
Spoiler Below!!
The book's overall message was that every person, no matter what religion or beliefs they hold, find comfort in knowing there is a higher power.
Do you agree with this assertion?
Does it matter what faith you hold, as long as you do, in fact, have faith?

I've read this book - and I totally disagree that it's a book about "higher power".
ReplyDeleteTo me it was a love story.
I tried to get Dear John from the library and apparently people who read this blog also go to my library cause there is a wait list. :)
ReplyDeleteI am such a bad partner. I was too busy reading about partially compensated respiratory acidosis... :) I bought Dear John for $5.99 at Target. It's selling for pretty cheap. I can't wait to see the movie too!
ReplyDeleteI am going to get Dear John to read tomorrow. Maybe I will lay off the Merlot (it's good for my heart) and read instead?
ReplyDeleteI missed January, but I am happy to be back for February. Started Dear John and like it. I want to finish it so I can see the movie. Oh, and talk about it with y'all :) Happy February!!
ReplyDeleteOooh I like Dual Mom's comment! I enjoyed the book, it was touching.
ReplyDeleteI am already done with Dear John though. I couldnt put it down!!!!!
